We learned so much during  the "Love Your Heart!" Wellness Workshop with Dr. Carolyn Stern. Thank you so much for your great presentation and answering our questions!

We covered how the heart works and what causes heart diseases, and the different kinds that many happen. There is so much we can do in our lifestyles to prevent heart issues!

This event was made possible by Massachusetts COVID-19 Community Grants.

(Left Section) An illustration of a human heart with visible internal structures, showing the pathways of blood flow and electrical activity within the heart. As well as a small inset diagram in the top right corner shows an electrocardiogram (EKG) graph with labeled points (P, Q, R, S, T). The text "an electrocardiogram known as an EKG" is displayed at the bottom, providing a caption for the illustration. (Right Section) Dr. Stern is visible, seated, and looking toward the camera.
