Advocacy, Resources, and Education Services (ARES) supports Deaf, Hard of Hearing, and Late-Deafened adults 18 and up with a wide array of services tailored to each person’s service and communication needs. Our Advocates and consumers work 1:1 to identify goals, establish a plan, and work together to achieve them. With information, resources, skills training, and guidance from ARES Advocates, consumers are empowered to make informed decisions, exercise autonomy, and effectively access other services in the community. 

All of our ARES Advocates identify as Deaf, Hard of Hearing, or Late-Deafened, and our personal experiences make us uniquely qualified to serve individuals with hearing loss. We strive to pair consumers with an ARES Advocates who matches their communication preferences, such as American Sign Language, spoken English, or visual gestural communication.

ARES services are provided in the home, at one of our offices, or in a mutually agreed-upon community location. Remote services are also available.
